We declare

We declare that, as the management of your personal data, we comply with the legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and thus that:

  • we will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular a legitimate interest, performance of the contract, legal obligation or consent granted,

  • we fulfill the information obligation according to Article 13 of the GDPR before the start of the processing of personal data,

  • we will enable and support you in exercising and enforcing your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

Scope of personal data and purposes of processing

We process personal data that you entrust to us yourself, for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

  • Provision of services, performance of the contract

We need your personal data in the range of Name, E-mail, or Surname and Telephone number to perform the service (eg sending an E-book, answering your questions and orders, etc.).

  • Bookkeeping

If you are a customer, we need your personal data (Billing information, Bank account number) in order to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.

  • Marketing - sending newsletters

We use your personal data (e-mail and name), gender, what you click on in the e-mail and when you most often open them for the purpose of direct marketing - sending business announcements and information. If you are our customer, we do so out of a legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news, for a period of 5 years from the last order.

If you are not our customer, we send you newsletters only with your consent, for a period of 5 years from the date of issue.

If we come across an interesting work by someone else, we will be happy to recommend his work in an e-mail.

In either case, you can revoke this consent by using the opt-out link in each email you send.

  • Advanced consent marketing

Only with your consent we can send you such inspiring offers from third parties or use an e-mail address, e.g. for remarketing and targeting ads on Facebook, for a period of 5 years from the date of your consent. You can, of course, revoke it at any time via our contact details.

  • Photos and video recordings from seminars, courses, workshops

At some of our events, we make photographic documentation or video recording. We use photos in promotional materials, especially on the web. The video recording is used by the participants of the online course to watch. You will never find the names of the participants in these materials, only if it is a reference and with the consent. If you do not want to be on the records, let us know in our contact details before the live event.

We retain your personal data for the period of limitation, unless the law provides for a longer period for their retention or we have stated otherwise in specific cases.

Cookies

As you browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the site, and from which site you come. We perceive the use of cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of websites as our legitimate interest of the administrator, as we believe that thanks to this we can offer you even better services. Advertising targeting cookies will only be processed with your consent. Our website may also be used in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer in your internet browser.

Security and protection of personal data

We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have taken and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures that prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.

Provision of personal data to third parties

Your personal data is accessible to our employees and co-workers, who are bound by confidentiality and trained in the security of personal data processing. We handle most processing operations ourselves and do not need third parties. To ensure some specific processing operations, which we cannot provide on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who specialize in the given processing and are in accordance with the GDPR.

They are providers of the following platforms and services:

  • Smartselling, Google Analytics, Facebook, Webnode

It is possible that in the future we will decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve processing. However, we promise you that in such a case we will place at least the same demands on the processor for the security and quality of processing as for ourselves.

Transfer of data outside the European Union

All processing of personal data will take place in the EU.

Your rights regarding privacy

You have a number of rights regarding the protection of personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us by e-mail at info@tantramarianna.eu.

  • You have the right to information that is already filled in this information page with the principles of personal data processing.

  • Thanks to the right of access, you can call us at any time and we will prove to you within 30 days what your personal data is being processed and why.

  • If something changes or you evaluate your personal data out of date or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.

  • You can exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, that you believe that we are processing illegally, but that you do not want to delete all data, or if you have objected to the processing. You can limit the scope of personal data or the purpose of processing (for example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing for sending business announcements).

  • Your next right is the right to delete (be forgotten). We don't want to forget about you, but if you want to, you have a right to it. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system and from the system of all other processors and backups. We need 30 days to secure the right to delete.

In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, e.g. we must record the issued tax documents for the period stipulated by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that is not bound by other laws. We will notify you by email when the deletion is complete.

  • Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection. If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact your Personal Data Protection Office at any time with your complaint. We will be very happy if you inform us of this suspicion first so that we can do something about it and correct any mistakes.

  • Unsubscribe from newsletters and business announcements - we send you emails with inspirations, articles or products and services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest. If you are not yet a customer, we will only send them to you with your consent. In either case, you can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email you send.

Silence

We would like to assure you that our employees and associates who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would endanger the security of your personal data. At the same time, this secrecy continues even after the end of our contractual relations with us. We will not pass on your personal data to any other third party without your consent.

These principles of personal data processing apply from 25.5.2018.
